Parkour.

       Parkour is an urban sport. Parkour can be practiced in anywhere. All you need is a pair of shoes to train parkour. Parkour trainers aim to get from A to B is possible, they doing this only using their bodies and their surrounding object to propel themselves. Parkour can be include running , climbing, swinging , vaulting, jumping, rolling depending what situation. 

         Parkour can be practice alone or with others. What I like the most parkour style is called Kong vault ( also known as the cat pass , Monkey vault , or Kong leap ) . Kong can help you get over a long object such as large barries. Kong can used to move over fences. Kong vault are use for distance , power and speed. They need time to learn it. 

     Technique for a Kong vault : 1. run towards the object 2. jump and dive 3.place hands down on the object 4.push off the object 5. bring your leg into a tucked position 6. Landing. Example for a Double Kong vault Parkour-long-double-kong

      Parkour is a very fun sports but it is also dangerous. This sports could make you get injured easily so if you want to learn please look for a professional parkour trainer.
